Remember that you want to make your schedule balance in accordance with when you can pick up food donations, when kitchen space is available and when your clients can have meals delivered. You must also keep in mind proper food safety time windows and account for warming/cooling time. Meals delivered the day after a cooking shift must be either reheated and transported at recommended temperature, or delivered cold for clients to reheat.
